Why Is A Healthy Gut Is So Important, for that question we need to go back to Hippocrates. Hippocrates was a Greek physician who is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine. He is traditionally referred to as the "Father of Medicine”.

Hippocrates said good health starts with your gut, a healthy body start with healthy colon.

It is so important to keep our body alive and healthy, especially our colon.

The colon is the center of all the garbage, basically. We need to keep and maintain that healthy bacterisa detoxing so our body can actually work and function.

It’s very important to have good bacteria like probiotics. Probiotics, Acidophilus Bifida‘s to have all the other system function properly.

I will give you an example… Our body needs to be healthy the same way our car wants to run (or be healthy), with tune-ups.

Our cars needs be tuned up every three months. Changing the oil, fluids, filters and anything else that will help the car run smoothly and stay healthy. We never treat or take care of our bodies like we do our cars.  Our bodies are so much more important. That’s our temple, that’s our house, we need to clean that house at least once in a lifetime in order for all those systems, our bodies, to function.

If the colon is not healthy, it’s going to show on the outside. Meaning it will be things like acne, like bad skin, tired, fatigue, migraines, diarrhea and constipation.  That’s just the beginning. These are just some symptoms from a body with the insides not being cared for or taken care of.

You may not realize it, but people can have waste backed up in the colon and feel the effects for years before presenting other under lying conditions that will arise from the waste in our bodies, it starts by not feeling well, discomfort throughout the body from time to time, this is when the problem(s) start.  When symptoms starts to affect your body and starts to affect your life. When and how you get up in the morning, when you go to sleep at night, when feel heavy or bloated, when you start to actually have a disease that can be related like colon cancer or any other digestive problems related to the gut and colon like diarrhea, constipation, and diverticulitis and polyps there is are so many health related issues that can present itself. So in order to have our body function at it’s best. whether we want to detox


Why Bacteria is a good thing…

Healthy bacteria is very important in how our body fights illness and keeps our bodies healthy.  We get the good bacteria from things we eat; yogurt, vegetables.  These are cultures that help fight off colds and keeps our immune systems strong.

It is very important you have the good bacteria in your body.

Unfortunately our body doesn’t know how to create that bacteria later on in life this home base bacteria that we called gut is the digestive tract and they will help to break down food and turn into nutrition into things into the body that we can use now when we don’t have that balance of good bacteria we can suffer from disease like Cron ulcers colitis IBS now we know bacteria is good for only God but it’s actually affect all her life or body to heart mental physical

In fact, did you know, our bodies have more bacteria than cells?  It’s true and fascinating.  These good bacteria are so important for well-being, health physical and more importantly, mental health.  I say this because when we feel sick or unhealthy our mental health, our thoughts and visions of ourself start to become less than positive, our defenses come down and we don’t think good about ourselves.  I am a firm believer in that health begins on the inside; our gut and radiates out, and it shows in our outward appearance and mental health.

So this brings me back to the beginning. Why is it so important to have a healthy colon?
